  • Detailed Staging Quote - A comprehensive proposal outlining the monthly costs for rental furniture and items needed to complete successful staging of the property. Our staging quote is based on main living areas (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom), unless otherwise noted. Pricing is based on the size and price point of the home. There is a 3 month minimum contract for vacant homes requiring rental items. The $49 consultation fee will be applied toward staging costs.

  • Written Report / Task List  - A detailed report which highlights, by room, the "no cost" and "low cost" strategies we recommend to get the home sold quickly and for top dollar. Includes pictures and concise instructions to get the property market ready. The seller may use the written report as a guide to make the suggested changes or our professional stagers can be hired to perform the work at an additional $99 per hour. This easy to follow plan will be presented within 48 - 72 hours. Payment is required at the end of the consultation.

Hands-On Staging - $99/hour

Hands-on Staging often includes the seller's existing furniture and accessories. Our experts use what is available throughout the house by rearranging and mixing pieces to ultimately convert the house into a market ready showplace. Additional furniture and/or accessories can be rented or purchased, if necessary. Additional resources will be required for moving of heavy furniture. Total cost for services is based on the number of rooms and the extent of the work to be performed. 

* When a property is staged by Gregg Lewis Interiors, "After” photos are taken and provided to the Seller and/or Agent within 24 hours.

It is our job to manage every aspect of the home staging project. We take care of the design plans, sourcing furniture and accessories, installing and setting up the property to successfully showcase it and entice the right demographic of buyers.

We create the vision so buyers don’t have to mentally do the work in their mind. Once they see the potential of the home and how it will be for their own living, you greatly increase your chances of getting offers. First impressions sell and you literally have less than 5 seconds to "WOW" that buyer. Many buyers also search on the MLS first. A properly staged home allows for great photos to keep your property on the top of the “must see” list.​
